Ordering

Online ordering is simple, convienent and can be completed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply click the "add to cart" button on the product page of the desired product and follow the shopping cart instuctions.

Payment and Sales Tax

Presently, My Designer Baby accepts credit card payments through paypal. Cashier's checks are also accepted.

My Designer operates in Nevada, therefore we are required to collect 7.75% sales tax on orders shipped to a Nevada address. Those who live outside Nevada will not be charged sales tax for orders placed with My Designer Baby , but should consult applicable tax laws in their state.

Shipping

Items are typically shipped via ground service with small package carriers such as UPS and FedEx. If your item arrives damaged please retain all packaging materials and contact our us at customerservice@mydesignerbaby within one week for a replacement.

Items on My Designer Baby may be shipped seperately.

Buy a little or buy a lot, flat rate shipping for any size order is $10!

Returns/Exchanges

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging within 10 business days of the receipt, less shipping charges. Please contact us first at customerservice@mydesignerbaby.com for a RAN and shipping address. All return packages must be insured and have a copy of the invoice.

Cancellations

My Designer Baby works to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If your order has already shipped, please see our Returns policy for further instructions.
